Since our last update earlier in the year, our busy and diverse ConDev team have been hard at work commencing, developing and completing a range of projects, including multiple housing complexes and exciting new social responsibility projects. Read on to find out more.

We are thrilled to announce that our project on 52 Edinburgh is now fully complete! The contemporary and spacious units, built on an avenue of jacaranda trees, offer a modern and compact development.

All five homes have been fully sold through Marillier Properties. Keep an eye on our website for interior images, coming soon.

Construction of 91 on West began at the end of 2020, and is shaping up nicely. The below aerial images highlight the progress we have made since January and we are right on track for completion of this project at the end of November 2021.

The complex will offer 16 x 2-bed, 2-bath semi-detached apartments located on the base of Avondale Ridge, on the corner of West Road and Alice Lane in Harare.

Construction at 9a on Glenelg commenced at the end of February 2021. The complex consists of six 3-bed, 3-bath clusters designed in a similar style to the popular 31-on-Edinburgh and 52-on-Edinburgh projects.

The properties have been fully sold through Marillier Properties. Completion is expected at the end of February 2022.

Located in Victoria Falls, this all-new development consists of 26 two bed units. Miombo Mews draws inspiration from the surrounding Miombo Woodlands, made up of clusters of beautiful trees rooted together to form a shaded environment and a gathering space for the flora and fauna to thrive.

We  are proud to introduce the Sizinda Volunteer Village, a local community currently in construction in conjunction with the Tag Rugby Trust, in Victoria Falls. The village, located just 12 minutes from Victoria Falls Airport, along Gorges Road, will provide a base for volunteers from across the globe to unite and bring about meaningful change for individuals and communities within the region.

Various accommodation options are currently being built for use by volunteers and members of the community. ConDev has already installed a self-sustainable borehole which supplies water for the village and surrounding community.
